Incident history

Everything that has gone wrong, written up in plain words within a day. We publish these whether or not anyone noticed.

That includes security. If anyone gets into our systems, it is written here within three days and emailed to everyone affected, whether or not the law requires it and whether or not it would otherwise be visible from outside. This page went up before there was anything to put on it, on purpose: an incident log that appears after the first incident is a press release.

• Nothing yet. This is a new service, so an empty list here means "not much has happened" rather than "nothing ever goes wrong". The first entry will appear the first time it does.
